- Program Participation: Participation in the Uhive Token Share Network is subject to approval by Uhive. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any participant's access to the program at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.
- Genuine Referrals: Only genuine referrals will be considered for rewards. Users must not engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices to gain referrals. This includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts or using automated systems to simulate genuine user interest.
- Token Transfer Restrictions: Earned tokens from referrals are subject to a holding period of 45 days before they can be transferred. This measure is to prevent fraudulent activities and ensure the stability of the token ecosystem.
- Refund and Chargeback Policy: In the event of a refund or chargeback on a purchase made by a referred user, the corresponding commission earned will be deducted from future payouts. We maintain a fair and transparent system to handle such instances.
- No Guarantees of Earnings: While Uhive Token Share Network provides an opportunity to earn, there are no guarantees of income. The actual earnings depend on various factors including the number of successful referrals and the purchasing behavior of those referrals.
- Changes to Terms: Uhive reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Token Share Network at any time. Changes will be communicated to participants through appropriate channels.
- Liability Limitation: Uhive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Token Share Network.
